  • 1 oz Dark rum
  • 1 oz 151 rum (optional)
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 3 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
Make it!

Place all ingredients except the 151 rum and grenadine in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain liquid into a glass. Pour the grenadine into the drink and it will settle to the bottom. Pour the 151 rum on top of the drink, and it will settle in a single layer. Strain the drink into a lowball glass. The traditional garnish is fresh mint and a lime wedge.

Bloody Mary Cocktail

A classic that makes for the perfect Halloween cocktail! Sometimes it’s best to keep it simple.

Ingredients:
  • Celery salt
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • Garnish: parsley sprig
  • Garnish: green olives
  • Garnish: lime wedge
  • Garnish: celery stalk
Make it!

Pour celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated, then fill the glass with ice and set aside. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in. Add the vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire, black pepper, paprika, plus a pinch of celery salt along with ice and shake gently. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with parsley sprig, 2 speared green olives, a lime wedge and a celery stalk (optional).

The Grave Digger Cocktail

A little tequila will have you digging your own grave in no time at all. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya!

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces mezcal or tequila 
  • 2 ounces spiced apple cider 
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice 
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau 
  • 2 dashes of rosemary or orange bitters 
  • ginger beer, for topping
  • rosemary, for serving

Fill a cocktail glass with ice.2. Combine the mezcal, apple cider, lemon juice, Cointreau, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until combined, about 1 minute. Strain into your prepared glass. Top with ginger beer and a rosemary sprig.3. If desired light the rosemary on fire for a smoky effect.

Winter’s Bane

  • 2 oz Plymouth Gin⁠
  • .5 oz pH Ginger Syrup⁠
  • .5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao⁠
  • 1 egg white⁠
  • .25 oz fresh lemon juice⁠
  • Splash of Lemon La Croix ⁠
  • 1/2 capsule of activated charcoal
  • Dehydrated blood orange slice

Make It:

Stir together gin, lemon, syrup, and empty the contents of a charcoal capsule. Strain onto fresh ice. ⁠Dry shake egg white and Curaçao – layer over the cocktail. ⁠Add a bit of Lemon La Croix Bubbles to raise the drink. ⁠Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice. 

Nightmare on Bourbon Street Cocktail

I love my horror movies and you are going to love this cocktail. Pairs well with one of these Halloween flicks!

  • cinnamon sugar, for rim (optional)
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1-2 teaspoons real maple syrup more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 ounces sparkling hard Honeycrisp apple cider
  • cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and apple slices, for serving

Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar. Fill with ice.2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon, and shake to combine. Strain into the prepared glass. Top with hard cider. Serve with cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and apple slices, if desired.

Children of the Corn Cocktail

One of my favorite Halloween movies paired with one of my favorite Halloween candies. What could go wrong?

Ingredients:

For the Candy Corn-Infused Vodka:

  • 1 (1-liter) bottle vodka
  • 1 cup candy corn

For the Cocktail:

  • 2 ounces candy corn-infused vodka
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
  • 3 to 5 ounces seltzer water, to taste
  • Lemon wheel, for garnish
  • Candy corn, for garnish
Make it!

In a large bowl, combine the vodka and candy corn. Save the bottle for your finished infusion. Stir, cover, and let set for 2 hours. Strain out the candy corn and pour the infused vodka back into the bottle. Pour the candy corn vodka, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for ten seconds. Top with seltzer. Garnish with a lemon wheel and skewer of candy corn. Serve and enjoy!

Cardamom Kiss

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 3/4 oz pH Cardamom Syrup
  • 4 oz fresh blood orange juice
  • Splash of Ruffino Prosecco

Make It!

To prepare your glass, pour pH Dark Cherry Grenadine Syrup onto a plate. Swirl the glass top and tilt the glass up, allowing the syrup to run down the glass. Stir gin, syrup, and juice on ice. Strain onto fresh ice into a prepared “bloody” glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice.

Apple Cider Mimosa

Who says you have to wait until the evening to start celebrating? Pair this with your Halloween brunch!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • Champagne or Proseccoco
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Make it!

On a small plate, combine 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with 1 cup apple cider, then top off with 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco.
