Mute Him! Themed Cocktail Recipes for the Presidential Debate

Cocktail Recipes That Will Make Trump on Mute Even More Magnificent

Before I share my cocktail recipes, I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to find out that tonight’s presidential debate includes a mute button! What is even better is that the moderator is a woman. That’s right folks. Trump may very well be silenced by a woman! Kristen Welker is the NBC News White House correspondent and Weekend TODAY host, who will be lobbing questions from debate topics including the coronavirus, race in America, climate change, national security, US families, and leadership at trump and Biden. And unless a miracle occurs and trump somehow manages to shut the fuck up when he is supposed to, she may also be the first moderator to hit mute and silence the orange terrorist.

cocktail recipes, presidential debates

I, like so many of you, just can’t wait. However, as excited as I am, I’m not fooling myself. I indeed want a cocktail to ease the pain of watching and listening to trump rant like an angry toddler. So imagine the joy I felt when I began researching themed cocktails and found several that are perfect for the last Presidential debate of 2020. Read on to find out more.

Make it: Combine all ingredients plus some ice, in a shaker and give a good shake. Pour into a sugar rimmed glass. Then imagine the bliss that would be a world without ever having to hear trumps voice again. A girl can dream.
