Naughty Elf on the Shelf Holiday Recipe
2 Oz Grapefruit Juice– You will need this in the color red.
1 Oz Sprite
1 Oz Pomegranate liquor and Orange Liquor.
1 Oz Spiced Rum.
1 Oz Ice Cubes
Add a few ice cubes to the glass. Mix liquors, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice and pour into the glass.
Top with sprite. Garnish with sprinkles.
Dirty Santa Holiday Recipe
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream
2 cups milk
white icing – for rim
On the rim of a glass place a small layer of icing around the rim. Place sprinkles in a bowl and roll the rim into it.
Pour in amaretto, vanilla vodka, and Irish cream into a shaker cup. Pour in milk and shake or stir. Serve cold.
Lit Reindeer Holiday Recipe
1 Rosemary, Sprig
8 oz Cranberry sauce, Homemade
2 oz Lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
4 oz Vodka or cranberry vodka
Combine cranberry sauce, lime juice, vodka, and simple syrup into a shaker. Fill with ice to the liquid line. Give it a hard shake for 1 minute.
Strain into a rocks glass or martini glass without ice. Add garnish.
Classic Hot Toddy Holiday Recipe
2 ounces boiling water
1 ½ ounces whiskey
1 teaspoon honey
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 slice lemon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Pour boiling water, whiskey, and honey into a mug. Add cloves, cinnamon, and lemon slice. Let mixture stand for 5 minutes so flavors can mingle, then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving.
Classic Eggnog Holiday Cocktail Recipe
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
6 large egg yolks
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. bourbon or rum (optional)
2 c. milk
Whipped cream, for serving
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla and slowly bring mixture to a low boil. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until yolks are pale in color in a large bowl. Slowly add hot milk mixture to egg yolks in batches to temper the eggs and whisk until combined. Return mixture to saucepan and cook over medium heat until slightly thick (and coats the back of a spoon). Do not let boil! but does not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and, if using, bourbon. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
The Grinch Cocktail
1/2 oz. (15ml) Vodka
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Melon Liqueur
3 Lime Wedges
Top with Ginger Ale
Rim: Green Sugar
Garnish: Lime Wheel, Candy Cane
Rim the edge of a rocks glass using lime juice and green sugar. Drop 3 lime wedges into the base of a shaker and muddle. Add ice and pour in vodka and melon liqueur. Shake. Pour mix into the prepared glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel and a candy cane.
Mulled Wine Holiday Cocktail Recipe
1 (750 ml.) bottle of red wine (I love this one)
1 orange, sliced into rounds, plus more for garnish
6 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
3 star anise
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. brandy
To get started, make this Thanksgiving cocktail recipe in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer, not a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with more citrus slices and cinnamon sticks.
Naughty and Nice Cocktail Recipe
Garnish – grapefruit wedge, orange wedge, fresh cranberries, rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick, and colored sugars to rim the glass.
Rim the glasses with sugar. Fill the glass with ice. Then add ice to a cocktail shaker along with the whiskey, ginger syrup, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty! Pour into our prepared glass. Top with orange juice and add garnish.
Sloppy Santa Cocktail Recipe
1 cup eggnog
1 and 1/2 ounce brandy
1 ounce spiced rum
freshly grated nutmeg
Heat the eggnog in a small saucepan until it barely comes to a simmer. Add the brandy and rum and pour into a mug. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
