Journaling can help you to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper, which can instantly make them seem like less of a big deal. It can also help you to better organize your thoughts.

Sleep is key to your productivity, energy levels, focus, and health in general. People who don’t get enough sleep are more at risk of developing disease, for instance.
